This was from the episode "A Place To Hide". Sweet Jamie was asked to help and watch over her a bit and we see him here in his bedroom reading her (Jodie Foster) a story. It was a nice scene.
150 years later and a scene like this would not be accepted on a network TV show.
Anyway, Jamie played by Mitch Vogel, the last surviving Cartwright, was a blessing to all Bonanza fans in the end. He is still with us and has been to a lot of the Bonanza conventions? Anybody meet him there?
