Died-21st November,2017-Fort Lauderdale. Florida, USA.
David was the son of Jack Cassidy, a very skilled actor and singer, and Evelyn Ward, an actress.
When he was five ,his father remarried to Shirley Jones, who had just finished doing Oklahoma (1955),
His natural mother moved to California, remarried a director and in a few years later, divorced.
David was thrown out of many schools and barely made it through one year of college.
A temporary schoolhouse has been opened in one of the Ponderosa's barn. One of the students is a very angry teenage boy named Billy Burgess.
Not happy about his mother's new husband. The man was abusive, both verbally and physically.
