We need your help in finding the best information out there on Cochise!
It can be information posted here on Boomers or elsewhere, and also publicity shots and photos that are not yet posted in our gallery.
This is the kind of thing we're looking for about Cochise:
~Facts, such as the date he was acquired for the show
~Info on how and why the different Cochises came on board
~Where she/he lived
~Anecdotes from events that happened on or off the show
~Information on the particular breed
~Bonanza horse memorabilia and collectibles with Cochise in them
~Any publicity photos (color or b/w) that are not in our gallery
All of that and MORE posted here in this thread would be great.
If you find general info or group info on more than one horse, there's a separate thread for that here.
General Horse Info Thread
Jan's wants everybody to have fun, but also to remember three things:
1) If you are posting pictures, no hotlinking. First upload them to the Boomer gallery, Photobucket, or another picture-hosting site.
2) Do not copy any information on horse bios that you find on another Bonanza site. Any horse bio information that's posted on another Bonanza site should be left on that Bonanza site. Do not bring it into Boomers.
3) Credit your source with the title of the book or internet link, or whatever will help the biographer verify the info.
