Hi krystyna. I'm new here too, and my name is brent. You sound just like me; so excited to find a web site like this one. I can't You tell how excited I am and how much it means to me to be a part of such a special site, and all the special people, and to me, that's what makes it so exceptional. You said You are from the UK. Well my 21 year old daughter is engaged to be married, this October, to a guy that's from the UK. Just browsing and lo and behold, I found myself again! For awhile I was unable to attend Boomers and I think my membership lapsed so whenever I tried to return I got the “we already have someone of that name “ or “that email address is used by another member”. I felt like yelling ..”Yes, it’s me ...me ..”. But I registered by the name Krys. I prefer being known by my full name but never mind ...just good to see a great welcome i was given back in the day! I shall now check out how well I did as Krys ..

Those messages are for registrations, not for logging in. So that was the problem. Instead of logging in, you were trying to register.

Until very recently, membership didn't lapse and those that registered stayed here as members forever.

You've been here since 2011 as Krys. You're registered in the Library as Krys with 19 stories and Krystyna with 2 stories.

I can change your forums username from Krys to Krystina but I can't see where I can change it for the Library. I think they should both have the same name, but if you want both to be Krystyna, I'll investigate a bit to see how to change your penname in the Library. Let me know if you want to proceed and we're happy to have you back with us.

January...that’s ok and thank you for offering. I felt a bit embarrassed after I’d posted that because later on I noticed I’d raised the same point ..then I wished I could have deleted the thing, but I couldn’t work out how to do that either. My technological abilities have not improved over the years.
