For one thing I am a big fan of the Beatles and always loved the song 'Norwegian wood', so one reason why I picked my rather strange name is simply because of that.
And I was actually nicknamed 'Vogel' (which is the german word for 'bird') in school. Some friends of my older sister said I looked like a strange kind of bird and so I was stuck with that name for a while. At the time I didn't like it very much, but having outgrown being a selfconcious and awkward teenager I think that being a bird would be nice once in a while.
Long story short, it's a combination of an actual real life nickname and part of a song of a band I like very much.

l have explained mine before but as we get newbee's which is nice

l will re-instruct.
Ansinico = first two letters of my two childer and two granchilder
An = Andrew
Si = Siobhan
Ni = Niamh
Co = Conor
= ansinico, easy peasy

l have been told it sounds very corporate, in a business sense not a large fat person sense

I guess I should say what my nick stands for.
"Aukele" is my first name in Hawaiian, and the way it's pounced is "aww-key-lee". The 59 stands for the year bonanza started. Original and interesting, right?

Love it ans, I was a big Ryan's Hope (old soap opera) fan and one of the character's name was Siobhan. How do you pronounce Niamh?
