For several months, I did the challenging and sometimes tedious work of putting bottles and other glass vessels back together (imagine a jigsaw puzzle made of glass and you have to figure out which piece goes with which vessel and where). Since glass tends to develop a patina over time, and it flakes off when exposed to air, I was covered in the darned stuff by the end of the day. My co-workers started calling me Patina and now I use it as my on-line name.
I really like that nick and the story behind it too!

<y nick is the name of my first horse. I was 12 and she was a 4 month old pinto filly who I truly believed looked just like Cochise. I named her after a mare on Bonanza that had a foal on the show. I think it was one of the flashback episodes where Ben remembers his trip west with Inga.

My name refers to the Sierra Mountains. I remember something about the Sierras being referred to in some Bonanza episodes.

Mine comes from the name of Joe's horse, Cochise, and 1936 is the year Michael Landon was born. :luscious :luscious

LJs stands for Little Joe's and Stalker is cause I thought calling myself 'Little Joe's Stalker' would be funny.

Mine is pretty self explanatory. Joe was my favorite Cartwright growing up and I was always a fan of Zorro with Guy Williams so when I found out he was on Bonanza I thought that was pretty cool!

I've used variations on this nickname since before there was an internet. Back when you had to dial up particular discussion boards, I was Trixie True. Then, after the Internet came along, I went to register somewhere and Trixie True was taken, so I gave 'her' a middle name, Nicole. So it's TNTrue for Trixie Nicole True. And Trixie True is a character in a play, which is sort of a parody of Nancy Drew (and Sherlock Holmes, in that it's about a mystery writer trying to kill off his own character). The play wasn't that brilliant, nor the character, either, but I always loved Trixie Belden and I liked the name Trixie True and the initials TNT, so there it is.
