When Adam believes something is wrong, he will not back down until that wrong is righted!
MONDAY
In "The Hanging Posse," Adam and Joe go along with a posse looking for three men last seen at the scene of a murder. Everyone but the Cartwrights is determined to lynch the man or men when they find them. However, Adam is even more determined to keep the posse from lynching anyone, even if it has to destroy his long-standing friendship with the husband of the murdered woman. When Joe is tempted to waver out of sympathy for the family of the murdered woman and loathing for the murderer, Adam keeps him strong; they're going to do the right thing no matter what the cost!
