I like this episode, but it isn't a favorite. Bing Russell rode Sport and the horse does major head shaking, which to me proves that it wasn't Pernell that caused that horse to shake his head as he is often accused of causing. I liked the sheriff in this episode and of course Mr. Neighbors who was so sweet to his wife's fussing over him and was truly a wise man and Adam's savior. It is a predictable episode.

Clem...a criminal before being Virginia City's deputy. I can't believe it lol.
That boy with the posse got on my nerves. He was way too eager. James Coburn plays a mean and evil character better than amybody.

Adam had to have bought new clothes somewhere because they wrapped the dead guy up in a sack and tossed him over the horse.

When they have him captured at the old dude's shack, Adam gives an eye roll when they threaten to hang him. Very cavalier about being strung up is Adam.

Oh, yes. Nice naked back.

I just watched this last night, it aired on TVLand and I recorded it. They cut so much out of all the episodes and I don't appreciate it.

That McCord kid I want to slap. Him and the one from Death at Dawn, saying stuff like killing someone is fun. At least McCord apologized to Adam and the sheriff.

Wait til you see how much they cut out of Mountain Girl.
In a couple of months MeTV will be finished with the later episodes and hopefully starting over. They don't cut out as much as TVLand.

Yes, I've noticed that. Fingers crossed.
