Dee Pollock was born in Alhambra, California on September 24, 1937. His career spanned 35 years, and included appearances in theater, movies, and television. He died in December of 2005 at the age of 68 after suffering a heart attack.

Dee appeared as a troubled teen and gang member in 1957 on Dragnet: The Big War

In 1959, he played "Abel" in The Legend of Tom Dooley - starring along with Michael Landon as "Tom Dooley".

1960 found Dee starring in The Plunderers.

Dee starred in the television series Gunslinger in 1961.

Dee starred in two episodes of Bonanza.
In My Son, My Son, he played Eden Saunders - the murderer who prevented Ben from marrying Kathryn.

In Peace Officer, he played Chuck Wilson - a troubled man - again!

One of his last roles was in 1970s Kelly's Heroes.

Dee starred in numerous other westerns, including Shane, The Virginian, Gunsmoke, Wagon Train,and Rawhide.
