Bonanza Boomers

I see a lot of familiar names here, but for those who don't know me....

I am an "original" Bonanza fan, having watched it the first time around. Yeah, I know....makes me one of the elders. Oh well.

I work as a library technician in a high school near Vancouver, British Columbia. I've been off for the summer, getting ready to face the "little darlings" again.

Married, one grown son, two retired track greyhounds, a cantankerous old Siamese cat and, oh yeah, my 87-year old mom lives with us.

Pine tells me I have to get posting to get access to ALL the boards forums. OK, this is one.

AND, my Cartwright man is Hoss. Always has been.

I'm from a small village in Québec... I spent three weeks in British Columbia this summer.. my big brother lives on Vancouver Island .... with his wife, his grown son lives on the Island too with his wife and two daughters.

I am kind of retired, have been on disability for nearly four years! Guess I'm an elder, I was 3 yrs old when Bonanza first aired... I have two older brothers, one in B.C. and the other close to me here n Québec. I am a Ben gal, but love all the boys....

This is a great place to have some fun -- great folks and lots of Cartwright fun...

I myself am an Adam fan, but I truely love all the Cartwrights. I am pobably considered an elder too, as I was born a couple of months before Bonanza first aired. It's the only show I can remember the whole family sitting down to watch together, all 9 of us. [my younger sister is a Hoss fan]
I'm sure you will have lots of fun here, just like the rest of us.

Mary! I'm 10 years younger than Bonanza, so I was born during its original run.

Mary, I was born when BZ first came on but never watched an ep until 2004 ... so there!

Hi Mary and to Boomers! I'm an Adam gal, but I've got a soft spot for all of the other Cartwrights too! I'm one of the "babies" of the group - born 10 years after BZ went off the air. But thank God for reruns!
