Re: Episode 347 - IT'S A SMALL WORLD

This is a very strange story. I felt it really had a predictable storyline. when I saw it was written and directed by Michael it made more sense, as he likes to do off the cuff topics. I did like the bit when ben said to the banker he was going to close his account at the bank because he didn't like...

Re: Episode 277 - DESPERATE PASSAGE

I really felt that this episode first showed the Paiutes as a force to be reckoned with until the Cartwrights show up. I didn't like how both Candy and Joe stabbed and killed Indians which seems justified to saving Mary Burns who got herself kidnapped by the Paiutes during a raid on the traveling Ca...

Re: Episode 292 - STAR CROSSED

Just watched this for the first time and I have to rate it one of my top 5 Bonanza episodes. It's emotional on so many levels. This is the first time you see true affection on the programme which was nice and romantic. It is a good Candy Episode which really if you hadn't already you would fall in l...

Re: Episode 335 - THE WITNESS

I'm really glad it turned out well for her and why wouldn't you like Joe I agree Daisy60 I felt Candy was a little mean towards her but I guess only because he new something wasn't right. It was a random ending with Jenny telling her father that she wasn't going with him and Joe giving the father th...

Re: Episode 335 - THE WITNESS

this was an interesting story of someone who was desperate to get out of a bad situation (a father who didn't love her) and saw an opportunity to get out of it, so Jenny sees a chance to become a witness to a crime. Jenny is a lovable character that you wish the best for but the truth as always star...

Re: Episode 397 - FACE OF FEAR

I really enjoyed this episode. Jamie is such a great addition to the Cartwright family and I always enjoy watching his story lines. I do have to question how strict the father must be with his daughter that she was afraid to tell him what she saw which really would have shortened the episode I guess...

Re: Episode 403 - WARBONNET

I quite enjoyed this episode, I had to check the writer and director because it really had a Michael feel to it. The Indian chief was quite a good character and even though he could have taken the easy way out to get his Warbonnet back he decided the honorable way was the only way to go and by doing...

Re: Episode 406 - THE SADDLE STIFF

At the start I was thinking why should Ben take Cactus up on this bet he's done his hard yards and has earnt the right to be bossy. However it did turn out to be a good thing that he is stubborn because in the end pretending to be someone else meant he could help a family in need. I was interested t...
