Tom Hanks once said that filming "Turner & Hooch" with McIntire were the hardest scenes to get through, because McIntire offered up so many sotto voce jokes about the dog, Hanks couldn't stop laughing & blowing his lines. It's too bad they didn't make an outtake reel of that.
