Re: Episode 114 - THE JURY

From the IMDB trivia page for this episode: At the end of this episode Sheriff Coffee complains:" Them jury trials are gonna be the death of me yet! Now I got to go out and arrest that Ralph Black for stealing chickens and he'll probably want a jury trial too!" - Ralph E Black was a freque...

It's called "saucer and blow" - it's done to cool off the coffee. Sometimes the coffee is poured back into the cup before drinking it. Adam did this in "The Hayburner" in the Milford's house. You don't see it nowadays because - most coffee is made with the drip method, so it's no...

Who wants to see a recent picture of Su Ling... that is, Lisa Lu? She's in the 6th picture of this set of pictures: https://uk.style.yahoo.com/style/see-stars-2023-golden-globes-235957022.html A cropped screen shot: Lisa Lu GG 2023.jpg I did a little research about her. Ben said that it was a good idea for Hoss to take the rifle - did he call it a 'sharp'? Is that a particular kind of rifle with an extra long range or something? I wasn't sure what that was. :shrug A "Sharps" is a type of rifle. In "Quigley Down Under", Tom Selleck had a Sharps ...

I watched this today; I probably haven't seen it in several years. I used to think the mental illness displayed by Ross was not realistic, but after dealing with my dad (who has dementia) the last couple years, I have to say my opinion has changed. This is almost exactly how my dad acts sometimes. N...

I loved this episode and wish that Inger hadn't died. There was a story on MeTv.com about Lorne saying that Inger was his favorite wife and he really didn't want her to die. I think I posted it somewhere on the site. If nobody can find it, I'll post it again. https://bonanzaboomers.com/forums/viewt...

She hated him because he killed her lover. I mean, they didn't exactly spell it out, but I assumed that was their relationship.

The black horse's name was Beauty and he appeared 15 times on the show. Not only was he beautiful, he was trained to do tricks; he was the limping horse that Hoss was working on in "The Quality of Mercy".

@TNTrue : I did not know what "creasing" meant; that's horrible and risky!
